Provides overall leadership and direction for the Emergency Services Department (Disaster Preparedness/Response, Service to Armed Forces, and International Services), and serves as member of the chapter's leadership team. Ensures the highest quality customer service for external and internal stakeholders and supports the mission of the American Red Cross.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have appropriate experience in Emergency Services, and a successful track record of leadership, teambuilding, and program/operations management. Requires Bachelors degree in a related field or any combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and competencies.
